1. Definitions

• Client: The person(s) who access our Website and/or book our Services.
• Services: Tour and travel services offered by Last Minute Adventure, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, guided tours, and related activities.

2. Booking and Payments

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when we receive the full payment for the Services.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our Website.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Client Cancellation: Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:
  • 45 to 30 days before tour start date: 25% of the total tour cost
  • 30 to 16 days before tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost
  • 16 days or less before tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost
• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 21 days after the completion of the tour. No refunds will be provided for unutilized services such as meals, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, or transportation.

4. Amendments to Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter or modify the tour itinerary before or during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. Clients will be informed promptly of any changes. No refunds or compensation will be provided for itinerary changes necessitated by such circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Health and Fitness: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically fit to undertake the tour. Some tours may involve physical activities for which clients should be prepared.
• Travel Documents: Clients must possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and necessary permits. We are not liable for any issues arising from improper or incomplete travel documentation.
• Compliance with Laws: Clients are expected to comply with local laws and regulations of the destinations visited. Any violation is the sole responsibility of the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate information on our Website and during our tours. However, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of information and are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or Website. Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and they undertake our tours at their own risk.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions. Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to such unforeseen events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Last Minute Adventure and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved amicably through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review the Terms periodically. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
