Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar and check-in at a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake. Enjoy a Shikara ride, explore the floating markets, and visit the Mughal Gardens (Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi). End the day with a delicious Kashmiri Wazwan dinner.
Day 2: Head to Gulmarg, known for its breathtaking meadows and adventure sports. Experience the Gondola cable car ride, explore the Apharwat Peak, and if visiting in winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding. Return to Srinagar for an evening at leisure.
